Clover Health is seeking a Chairman Programs Lead to drive cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution. You will orchestrate execution across boundaries, design pilots, and translate complex problems into actionable plans for the executive team.

In this role you’ll build MECE workstreams, align stakeholders, and scale coordination mechanisms that directly impact growth and operational leverage. A background in top-tier consulting or BizOps is valued.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or BizOps/strategy role.
• Structured thinker with clear written and verbal communication.
• Able to build systems and drive multi-org initiatives to completion.

Responsibilities

• Architect strategic programs and translate goals into workstreams.
• Drive execution with rigor from kickoff through outcomes.
• Align stakeholders across levels and functions.
