Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), BizOps at a tech company, or high-trust internal strategy/Chief of Staff role.
• Structured thinker with precision in writing and the ability to synthesize insights.
• System builder who leads without explicit authority and delivers cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level goals into MECE workstreams with clear interfaces, owners, and timelines.
• Identify and deploy AI-powered tools to accelerate execution across workstreams.
• Own initiatives from kickoff through outcomes, maintaining rigor and momentum.
• Align stakeholders across levels and functions to drive accountability through clarity.
• Translate ambiguity into actionable plans when playbooks are absent.
