Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or startup operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Day-to-Day Execution: turn strategic direction into clear workplans, timelines, decisions, and follow-through.
• Run Critical Workstreams: own discrete parts of major cross-functional efforts, manage milestones and dependencies.
• Create Operational Clarity: build trackers, meeting cadences, project documents, and communication rhythms.
• Support Structured Problem Solving: break down complex problems and translate goals into executable steps.
• Coordinate Across Teams: surface risks, resolve blockers, keep projects aligned across functions.
• Use AI & Emerging Technology: apply AI-powered tools to improve speed, quality, and leverage.
