Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Director for AI Infrastructure Platforms to lead customer-centric innovation, shape strategic direction, and drive platform adoption across lines of business.

You will define the vision for the inferencing product area, coordinate with engineering, security, compliance, and business units, and guide investments in compute, storage, and orchestration to support enterprise-scale AI workloads.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
Extensive knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
Experience influencing adoption of lifecycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
Experience driving change and managing stakeholders across functions.
Extensive experience in high-performance compute, GPU-accelerated, data center, or AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development, managing costs, features, and reliability.
Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices including market research and prototyping methods.
Owns product performance and invests in enhancements to achieve business objectives.
Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for differentiation.
