Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Director for AI Infrastructure Platforms in Palo Alto. Lead customer-centric development, set vision and strategy for the platform's inferencing area, and drive adoption across lines of business in a regulated financial environment.

You will navigate rapid AI hardware evolution and multi-vendor ecosystems while delivering enterprise-scale AI Factory capabilities, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

8+ years delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
Extensive knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to influence adoption of lifecycle activities: discovery, ideation, development, requirements, value management.
Experience driving change and managing stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of AI infrastructure stack across compute, accelerators, networking, storage, and orchestration.
Understanding of AI Factory reference architectures and enterprise-scale impact.

Responsibilities

Oversees product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and growth targets.
Leads product life cycle planning, execution, and future development with new methodologies.
Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices and adoption strategies.
Owns product performance and investments to achieve business objectives.
Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies differentiation opportunities.
Drives cross-functional alignment across engineering, security, compliance, and lines of business.
