Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional Data and AI technologists and teams.
• Ability to influence across a highly matrixed organization and drive value at scale.

Responsibilities

• Sets the direction for Data and AI technology platforms.
• Directly manages multiple areas with strategic focus on Data and AI systems.
• Leads multi-department strategy for AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation.
• Applies SDLC tools knowledge to drive cross-domain reuse and outcomes.
• Enables data applications and models for AI Agents consumption.
