Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a senior Release Train Engineer to guide enterprise Agile transformation and coach leaders across portfolios. This fully remote role requires strong SAFe expertise and a track record in delivering value through agile delivery.

You will develop communities of practice, partner with business and technology leaders, and ensure execution across hybrid environments. Competitive compensation and a broad benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 7+ years in delivery leadership or related roles.
• Management: 5+ years of people leadership.
• Current SAFe Practitioner certification (SPC) required.
• Travel: Up to 15% domestic travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters.
• Lead and sustain enterprise Agile transformation using SAFe principles.
• Establish governance, standards, operating rhythms, metrics, and best practices.
• Coach leaders, teams, and stakeholders on execution and agility.
• Build Communities of Practice to mature execution capabilities.
• Partner with senior leaders to remove impediments and improve delivery.
