Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Senior SAFe Transformation Leader to drive enterprise execution across multiple initiatives. You will establish governance, standards, and coaching to accelerate Lean-Agile delivery and organizational agility while partnering with business and technology leaders.

This fully remote role requires 7+ years in delivery leadership and a current SPC certification, with some domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership.
• Current SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification.
• Up to 15% domestic travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and others.
• Sustain enterprise Agile transformation using SAFe.
• Improve governance, rhythms, metrics across delivery environments.
• Coach leaders, teams, and stakeholders on execution practices.
• Build Communities of Practice to grow execution capabilities.
• Apply Agile, predictive, or hybrid methods to achieve outcomes.
