Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/BA/HE or related field with 3 years in operational technology support, staff supervision, project management, CRM/student systems; OR 7 years of equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership with experience managing a team and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives, and to communicate clearly in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic and operational support for Enrollment Management systems (Slate, PeopleSoft, Perceptive Content) in collaboration with campus stakeholders, OIT, and vendors.
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and professional development for the Systems Support team to foster a customer-focused, high-performing culture.
  • Oversee documentation, training resources, testing materials, and knowledge management to promote user adoption and change management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

The annual salary for this position ranges from $110,500 to $119,150. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

Purpose of Position

The Director of Enrollment Management Systems Support leads the administration, optimization, and strategic support of Enrollment Management technologies, including Slate CRM, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Perceptive Content, and related systems. This role provides leadership to Systems Support staff, serves as a liaison between OIT and divisional functional areas, and supports system configuration, troubleshooting, implementations, upgrades, and process improvement to align technology solutions with enrollment and institutional goals.

Essential Functions
  • Lead the strategic and operational support, configuration, optimization, project coordination, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Enrollment Management systems, including Slate CRM, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Perceptive Content, and related technologies, while partnering with campus stakeholders, OIT, and vendors to align system solutions with divisional priorities, data integrity, compliance, and institutional goals.
  • Provide leadership, supervision, performance management, planning, coaching, and professional development for the Enrollment Management Systems Support team, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused, and high-performing culture that strengthens technical expertise, supports evolving business priorities, and promotes organizational effectiveness across Enrollment Management.
  • Oversee system documentation, operating procedures, training resources, testing materials, implementation support, and knowledge management practices to promote user adoption, improve stakeholder competency, support change management, and ensure consistent use of Enrollment Management systems and processes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Higher Education, or a related field and three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in operational technology support, staff supervision, project management, business or functional system implementation, and use of CRM and student information systems; OR seven (7) years of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in a related field and experience with Slate by Technolutions, PeopleSoft, and Perceptive Content.
  • Previous experience managing and directing an enrollment related support team.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including collaboration, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

  • Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives and operational priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in educational technology to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday; 8:00am through 5:00pm.
  • Requires occasional evening or weekend hours.
  • Travel may be required.
  • Hybrid work environment (remote & office) may be offered after probational period.
