Job summary

The University of Texas Permian Basin seeks a Director of Enrollment Management Systems and Slate Captain to provide leadership for Slate CRM governance, system optimization, data integrity, reporting, and cross‑functional processes in support of enrollment goals.

The role leads functional administration and partners with Admissions, Registrar, IT, and other campus units, supervising staff and coordinating with vendors to expand Slate capabilities and ensure data‑driven decisions across

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of experience with Technolutions Slate CRM or comparable higher education CRM administration.
• Experience managing or supervising full-time staff, including assigning work, monitoring performance or work quality, and providing training or guidance.
• Experience supporting enrollment systems, admissions operations, student information systems, data imports and exports, reporting, or system process improvement.
• Experience developing documentation, procedures, training materials, reports, or process workflows for system users.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead functional administrator for Slate CRM and Slate Captain responsibilities.
• Oversee data integrity, reporting, and system governance for Enrollment Management.
• Collaborate with multiple units to coordinate vendor files and data exchange (Common Application, ApplyTexas, Encoura, College Board, etc.).
• Develop and maintain Slate tools, processes, and integrations to support recruitment, applications, yield, and enrollment operations.
• Provide staff supervision, user training, and cross-departmental coordination for Slate and Enrollment Management workloads.
