Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (preferred).
8+ years in business development; construction industry experience preferred.
Proven success developing client relationships and winning work in aviation, healthcare, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
Strong understanding of alternative delivery methods and public procurement processes.
Ability to collaborate with operations and executive management across sectors.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute emerging market growth strategy for California Division.
Build and strengthen relationships with owners, consultants, and industry partners.
Collaborate across BD leadership to coordinate strategy across sectors and regions.
Lead pursuits: positioning, teaming strategies, differentiators, and interview prep.
Monitor market dynamics and contribute to strategic planning and pipeline reporting.
Promote a collaborative, growth-oriented culture across the division.
