Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction industry experience.
• BS in Construction Management or related field.
• Proven leadership of multi-project programs.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and safety leadership.
• Excellent communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets and GMP development.
• Manage owner contracts, bonds, fees, insurances, notifications, schedules, reporting, and costs.
• Develop monthly Projected Final Cost reports with PMs.
• Coordinate preconstruction budgeting and MBEs as required.
• Create construction schedules with PM team.
• Staff projects and manage resources.
• Build and maintain customer relations and promote services.
• Lead culture, training and staff development.
