Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• 8+ years direct supervisory experience.
• Experience with project management software (Constructware, P6, JD Edwards) and cost projection/financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify projects to pursue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships in the industry.
• Participate in development, execution and presentations of proposals.
• Manage preconstruction efforts through RFP process.
• Oversee the buy-out of the project.
• Verify accurate financial forecasting.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and quality.
• Review and approve deliverables.
• Manage risk in accordance with company guidelines.
• Evaluate monthly project financial performance.
• Oversee the development of the initial project schedule.
• Supervise project start-up processes.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Inform BUL overseeing project of issues and status.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed on the project.
• Monitor enforcement of safety policies and procedures.
