Job summary

BILL is hiring a Director, Product Partnerships to own two major embedded integrations at the center of our fintech platform. You will drive post-launch adoption, shape the joint roadmap, and influence product direction from the outside in while aligning Product, Finance, Legal, and the C-suite across both partnerships.

You will build cross-functional partnerships, negotiate contracts at the VP and C-suite level, and ensure success metrics like transaction volume and activation are met.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product partnerships or embedded commercial partnerships with ownership of named enterprise relationships.
• Experience in a sell-through or embedded motion driving revenue through partner platforms.
• Track record with VP/C-suite level negotiations and executive reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accountability for two named strategic partnerships and drive volume, activation, and joint revenue.
• Lead post-launch adoption inside partner platforms and coordinate with sales, product, and customer success teams.
• Develop and execute joint product roadmaps translating partner needs into product requirements.
• Maintain executive relationships, run business reviews, and navigate high-stakes decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to unblock priorities and deliver on commitments.
• Build financial models and deal structures, presenting performance to senior leadership.
• Identify gaps in onboarding, enablement, and cadence to improve volume and experience.
