Job summary

BILL, a rapidly growing fintech company, seeks a Director of Strategic Partnerships to own two high‑stakes enterprise relationships. You will drive joint roadmaps, influence embedded product direction, and coordinate with Product, Legal, Finance, and the C‑suite to expand these partnerships.

This role targets executive‑level collaboration, measurable revenue growth, and sustained partnership performance, with visibility across the board and earnings calls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in post-sales enterprise account management or partnerships.
• Experience with embedded or sell-through commercial models.
• Proven track record with VP and C-suite negotiations.
• Ability to translate partner needs into internal product arguments.
• Financial fluency with partnership P&L awareness.
• Ability to navigate organizational complexity with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategic relationship with two enterprise partners.
• Drive revenue and volume growth by setting and tracking joint KPIs.
• Influence embedded product roadmap based on partner needs.
• Build executive relationships with partner VP and C-suite.
• Coordinate across Product, Legal, Finance, and C‑suite to align strategy.
• Develop partnership operating model with QBRs and joint planning.
• Represent outcomes in board-level reporting and earnings calls.
