Qualifications

• Required PE license in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years leading electrical design for data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven experience managing consultants and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering and design for mission-critical data center projects.
• Provide technical direction and leadership while upholding quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with construction, operations, commissioning, controls, and supply chain teams.
• Oversee capacity planning, UPS strategies, emergency power systems, and power system studies.
• Manage external engineering consultants, architects, and design partners.
• Review equipment selections, submittals, and engineering deliverables.
• Support projects from design through commissioning and turnover.
• Drive departmental performance, budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
