Related Digital seeks a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead client-facing engagements and guide electrical design for data center projects. You will coordinate internal SMEs, ensure design quality and align with client objectives, while negotiating leases and SLAs for power capacity and reliability.

You will work across development, construction, sales and operations, focusing on high-density infrastructure and next‑gen cooling, reporting to the VP of Engineering.

Formación

• Client-facing technical engagements including RFP/RFI responses and lease/SLA negotiations.
• Deep understanding of data center design, construction, and operations across civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical disciplines.
• Experience with data center assets and high-density infrastructure.
• Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD/Visio, Bluebeam and CFD tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant architectural, engineering or design discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client-facing electrical engineering engagements and presentations, coordinating internal SMEs.
• Collaborate with internal Development, Construction, Sales and Operations teams on power delivery and utility infrastructure.
• Oversee electrical design for greenfield builds including liquid cooling and high-density workloads.
• Translate client needs into actionable electrical designs and project plans.
• Develop technical lease provisions and SLAs related to power capacity and reliability.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
• Oversee governance of electrical engineering and contracting lifecycle.
