CHI Memorial Hospital seeks a Director, ED Nursing Operations to oversee nursing practice, education, and professional development across the department. You will establish and evaluate policies, ensure compliance with standards, and create an environment that supports nursing retention and staff growth.

You will lead operational performance, maintain budget discipline, and drive physician and patient satisfaction while promoting high-quality patient care and staff engagement in a dynamic ED

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 5+ years of healthcare operational experience in nursing leadership.
• Active Registered Nurse license (TN) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required at hire.
