F5 is seeking a Director, Key Accounts to lead a field-based team along the East Coast, driving strategic account management and growth across enterprise customers.

You will coach a remote team of Key Account Managers, build go-to-market plans, foster executive relationships, and ensure accurate forecasting with strong partner collaboration across multi-cloud environments. This role requires travel up to 50% and a passion for cybersecurity and multi-cloud solutions.

Formación

• 8+ years of quota-driven technology sales in networking, cybersecurity, cloud, or application delivery.
• 1
• 3+ years of sales leadership coaching remote or distributed teams.
• Experience coaching through MEDDPICC with East Coast accounts and large revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a remote field-based Key Account Manager team.
• Drive GTM strategy and territory plans for East Coast.
• Foster executive-level relationships (C-suite, VP, CTO, CISO) in key accounts.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management.
• Collaborate with channel partners, VARs, and system integrators.
