Life360 is seeking a Director of DTC Growth & Web Experience to implement the global eCommerce strategy and unlock growth for our DTC business. You will drive a high-performing web experience in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Analytics.

The role is remote-first for candidates in the US and Canada, with a focus on optimizing the customer journey, conversion, and revenue impact across global markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ecommerce leadership, with revenue targets.
• Proven track record in high-velocity experimentation at scale.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global DTC eCommerce strategy across channels.
• Lead end-to-end DTC experience roadmap with consumer insights.
• Run global experimentation program and report wins.
• Oversee personalization and CVR improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics.
• Define tech requirements for the web stack and partner with Engineering.
• Align site roadmap with merchandising, SEO and GTM priorities.
