Job summary

Progressive AE seeks a Director of Digital Enablement to bridge strategy, operations and technology for a digital-enabled future. This leader connects business needs with scalable technology and innovation, guiding investments and governance across the firm.

Reporting to senior leadership, the role leads the technology team, R&D, and cross-functional collaboration to align digital capabilities with Progressive’s brand promise and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership or digital transformation experience.
• Experience leading technology or IT teams and managing external partners.
• Proven ability to translate client needs into scalable technology solutions with hands-on technical fluency.
• Experience in professional services or multi-office environments; AEC experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction, execution, and governance of the firm’s digital and technology capabilities.
• Translate business needs into scalable digital opportunities and align investments with priorities.
• Lead IT team and external providers to deliver technology strategy and governance.
• Stay informed on BIM, workflow digitization, collaboration tools, and AI impacts on project delivery.
