Job summary
Citi's Digital Assets Technology organization is seeking a Director to lead the technology platform strategy and delivery for a broad set of Digital Assets use cases. This is a senior, highly visible leadership role requiring a strategic operator who can partner with Business, Product and Engineering Heads while independently owning a wide scope of business-aligned deliverables.
The successful candidate will translate business strategy into an executable technology roadmap, ensuring engineering
Qualifications
- 15+ years in software industry with leadership
- 12+ years technology leadership in financial services
- 10+ years managing multi-workstream portfolios
- 5+ years with digital assets / blockchain concepts
- Direct experience with Investor Services or Issuer Services preferred
- Proven collaboration with Engineering leadership
- Strong people leadership and scale experience
Responsibilities
- Define and own DA technology strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate with DA Technology Head on platform vision
- Represent Technology in senior business forums
- Partner with Engineering Heads for coherent architecture
- Build relationships with Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal
- Own end-to-end delivery and governance across portfolios
- Mentor and lead engineering and delivery teams
- Ensure architecture, security, and regulatory standards
