Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, marketing, data and analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership, including 5+ years in enterprise transformation and digital strategy.
• Proven success leading large cross-functional transformation with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building business cases, prioritizing investments, budgets, and ROI measurement.
• Experience with ERP/CRM, eCommerce, process optimization, and data-driven decisions.
• Working knowledge of AI, automation, analytics, connected assets, and related tech applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year digital strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Advise executive leadership on technology-enabled transformation and organizational readiness.
• Lead a coordinated portfolio of digital initiatives with benefit realization.
• Manage digital business cases, investment priorities, budgets, and ROI reporting.
• Advance AI, automation, analytics, connected assets to improve performance.
• Promote adoption of ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and related digital capabilities.
• Improve customer touchpoints across digital and assisted channels.
• Establish governance across functions and sponsor readiness for change.
• Foster organizational change and adoption through training and communication.
