Rite-Hite seeks a Director of Digital Sales to lead digital growth strategies, strengthen customer engagement, and drive enterprise growth across digital solutions. You will partner with regional sales, product, engineering, and IT to translate customer needs into scalable growth initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and executive communication to advance digital transformation and market penetration.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in a related field with business or tech focus.
• Experience in digital solutions, technology commercialization, or related commercial functions.
• Proven ability to influence customer adoption and drive growth.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute enterprise digital growth strategies to increase adoption and engagement.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Champions with strong consultative selling skills.
• Act as the commercial SME for digital products and connected solutions.
• Collaborate with regional and enterprise teams to identify opportunities and demonstrate value.
• Support go-to-market initiatives for new digital products and services.
• Align product development with customer needs and market opportunities.
• Create customer-facing value props, sales tools, and enablement programs.
• Lead customer discussions, demos, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, pipelines, and performance metrics to drive growth.
• Evaluate emerging tech and industry trends to inform strategy and priorities.
• Partner with architects and leaders to develop integrated customer solutions.
• Support customer success for adoption, onboarding, and value realization.
• Provide market insights and feedback to influence roadmaps and plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
