Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in digital solutions, technology commercialization, or related roles.
• Experience across cross-functional, matrixed teams and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise digital growth strategies to boost adoption.
• Lead a team of Digital Champions and strengthen consultative selling capabilities.
• Serve as the commercial SME for digital products and connected solutions.
• Partner with regional leaders to identify challenges and position digital outcomes.
• Support GTM initiatives for new digital products and services.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT, and Marketing to align needs.
