Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars. You will shape technology strategy, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive performance in value-based care and Medicare Stars programs while integrating Epic workflows.

You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to translate vision into scalable product roadmaps, ensuring safety, patient experience, and contract performance are optimized.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and Enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
• Track record: partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care orgs to improve medical cost trends and care pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnerships to align health maintenance topics with clinical guidelines and training materials.
• Oversee Stars measures strategy across Part C & D and ensure payer files load into core platform with accurate panels.
• Guide cross-functional teams to translate strategy into Epic/tech roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Drive end-to-end technology lifecycle from discovery to deployment and value realization.
• Mentor product teams (PMs, Epic Analysts, Engineers, Data Scientists, designers) for high-performing delivery.
