Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery to guide strategy and execution of core clinical care delivery products, including documentation and in-clinic/virtual encounters.

You will lead product managers, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to deliver scalable roadmaps with safety, patient experience, and cost optimization in outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Epic EHR workflows experience
• Deep knowledge of Value-Based Care & FFS
• Proven cross-functional leadership in healthcare tech
