Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Lead Director, Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery to shape technology strategy for outpatient care, including clinical documentation and in-clinic/virtual encounters. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver scalable roadmaps that improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Executive presence with senior stakeholders.
• Epic EHR workflows experience and translation to builds.
• Knowledge of Value-Based Care and FFS environments.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams.
