Ladders is seeking a Lead Director Digital Product - Clinical Documents & Care Delivery to guide strategy and execution of digital clinical products that support care delivery workflows, improving patient and provider experiences.

This remote US-based role partners with clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders to translate care model needs into scalable solutions, reducing administrative burden and enabling real-time insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree or clinical background preferred.
• 10+ years leadership experience in healthcare operations and clinical technology product management.
• Hands-on experience with EHR workflows and configurations.
• Deep familiarity with Value-Based Care (VBC) and Fee-For-Service (FFS) dynamics.
• Proven ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders effectively.

• Serve as a strategic thought partner for care model strategy.
