Job summary

Partners in Digital Health seeks a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery. You will shape end-to-end technology roadmaps for clinical documentation, in-clinic and virtual care, and care coordination, partnering with senior leaders to enable value-based, cost-efficient outpatient care.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team including Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers, translating clinical vision into scalable tech that improves

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (specifically Epic).
• Track record of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to define end-to-end care models and reduce administrative burden for care teams.
• Serve as strategic partner for CVS HCD stakeholders in care model strategy.
• Drive cross-functional technology teams to enable care model strategy and end-to-end execution of technology products.
• Establish shared outcome metrics linking technology investments to clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance.
