Job summary

Partners in Digital Health seeks a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery to guide technology strategy for outpatient care products, including clinical documentation and in-clinic and virtual encounters.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Product Managers, Epic Analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to translate vision into scalable roadmaps that improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; graduate degree or clinical background preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations and clinical technology.
• Epic experience in enterprise EHR implementations.
• Experience partnering with primary care networks and value-based care organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to design end-to-end care models and reduce admin burden.
• Lead cross-functional tech teams to deliver scalable clinical technology roadmaps.
• Translate clinical vision into Epic/technology architectures.
