Job summary

Partners in Digital Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery Products. You will drive strategy and execution for core clinical care delivery tools, including documentation, in-clinic and virtual encounters, and care coordination with a focus on safety, patient experience, and cost optimization.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team across Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers to translate clinical vision into scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA)
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic)
• Track record of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for clinical documentation and care delivery technology products.
• Oversee Epic-based workflows and external data integrations to improve patient outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional teams to translate clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align care models with performance metrics and cost outcomes.
