Early Warning Services seeks a Strategic Partnerships Director – Digital to lead high-impact digital and AI partnerships, expanding acceptance and value across digital commerce. You will drive strategy, negotiate, and launch initiatives with senior stakeholders, tying partnerships to growth and risk considerations.

The role requires executive communication, deep payments knowledge, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, multi-location hybrid environment across major U.S. markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic accounts.
• 4+ years with big tech, fintech, and/or AI in financial services or payments.
• Experience managing complex strategic accounts with multiple decision-makers and workstreams.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with senior leaders and drive results.
• Executive communication skills with clear written and verbal abilities.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate opportunities and ROI.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Develops trusted relationships with senior leaders at big tech, AI companies, and digital partners.
• Owns priority strategic partnership opportunities through the deal lifecycle.
• Identifies, negotiates, and launches partnerships expanding digital payments acceptance.
• Develops partnership and account plans with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Builds and advances a pipeline of strategic business development opportunities with platforms and AI partners.
• Coordinates with product, risk, legal, finance, and marketing to craft commercially compelling solutions.
• Monitors market trends and provides analysis to inform product and partnership priorities.
• Supports risk management and data confidentiality within partnerships.
