Overview
What You'll Do
- Lead the integrated digital acquisition and paid media strategy, annual planning, and budget allocation across DTC and marketplace channels, including SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Display Retargeting, Display Prospecting, Affiliate Marketing, Amazon, Target, Walmart, and TikTok Shop
- Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies that grow qualified traffic, new customers, conversion, and revenue while improving marketing efficiency and balancing short-term performance with long-term brand and customer value
- Establish a rigorous test-and-learn roadmap across creative concepts, formats, messaging, audiences, bidding, placements, offers, landing experiences, and media tactics; translate results into clear insights, repeatable playbooks, and scaled investment decisions
- Identify, pilot, and evaluate emerging platforms, retail media capabilities, and new tactics within existing channels, using defined hypotheses, success measures, and learning agendas to determine where HEYDUDE should scale, refine, or stop investment
- Utilize advanced analytics, incrementality and attribution approaches, and performance dashboards to identify opportunities, optimize channel and marketplace investments, and communicate business impact against company, customer, and channel KPIs
- Grow and lead HEYDUDE's Digital Acquisition organization, creating a high-performing team grounded in coaching, accountability, continuous learning, and strong operating discipline
- Collaborate across Brand Marketing, eCommerce, Marketplaces, Merchandising, Creative, Analytics, Finance, and Technology to align acquisition plans, accelerate creative development and testing, improve the consumer journey, and influence initiatives that drive business results
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years of experience in digital acquisition or performance marketing within a B2C environment.
- Demonstrated success achieving aggressive growth and customer acquisition goals.
- Experience leading, developing, and growing Digital Marketing teams.
- Proven ability to create and manage large-scale digital marketing budgets aligned to business objectives.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform investment and optimization decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Growth-oriented mindset focused on solving problems, simplifying complexity, and driving results.

Title:Director, Digital Marketing
Salary or Pay Range: $176,000 - $186,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
