Crusoe is seeking an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the Digital Infrastructure recruiting team in our San Francisco office. You will shape strategy, build processes, and partner with executives to drive aggressive, high-quality hiring.

The role requires 15+ years in talent acquisition, prior leadership experience, and a strong track record of scaling teams in high-growth environments. You will leverage data, AI tools, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate Crusoe's

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including building and scaling recruiting functions in high-growth environments.
• Experience leading talent acquisition in fast-paced settings, ideally within Digital Infrastructure.
• Data-driven approach to diagnose funnel performance, forecast risk, and drive outcomes.
• Proven track record of running a metrics-driven organization.
• Experience managing managers and developing recruiting leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition for all Digital Infrastructure teams, aligning hiring roadmaps with business priorities and growth plans.
• Build and scale a recruiting team emphasizing speed, efficiency, judgment, and consistency.
• Partner with hiring leaders to drive role clarity, calibration, and shared accountability for outcomes.
• Evolve the recruiting model to balance velocity with consistency, moving toward proactive hiring.
• Improve intake, workflow, and decision-making to remove bottlenecks and enhance candidate experience.
• Translate demand into structured hiring plans, identifying talent gaps and capacity constraints.
• Use data and analytics to diagnose funnel performance, forecast risks, and drive continuous improvement across recruiting stages.
• Adopt AI, automation, and modern recruitment tools to boost efficiency and signal quality.
• Navigate hiring across multiple divisions while ensuring cohesive plans with leadership.
• Ensure hiring managers, candidates, and teams experience recruiting as responsive and fair.
