Job summary

Zeno Group in New York is seeking a Director, Digital Health & Wellness to lead digital and social strategy for healthcare, consumer health and biotech clients. You will partner with clients and cross‑functional teams to craft strategies that connect insights with engaging, compliant digital experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory acumen, and collaboration across creative, analytics, web and account teams to drive growth and solve complex healthcare challenges.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital strategy or related fields, preferably within healthcare, biotech or another regulated industry.
• Experience developing and leading digital and social strategies for healthcare, consumer health, biotech or other regulated brands.
• Strong understanding of healthcare communications and relevant regulatory processes, including MLR review, FDA guidelines and direct-to-patient communications.
• Strong understanding of social media, content and website strategy, with experience connecting digital channels across the audience journey.
• Experience translating audience research, social listening and performance data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Experience managing client relationships and providing strategic digital counsel to client stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across creative, paid media, analytics, UX, web and integrated account teams.
• Strong writing, storytelling and presentation skills, with experience developing and presenting strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital and social strategies for healthcare, consumer health and biotech clients, aligning with regulatory requirements.
• Translate insights and audience behaviors into actionable strategies for content, channels and engagement.
• Create integrated social, content and web experiences with cohesive user journeys and brand consistency across touchpoints.
• Lead audits, competitive analyses and trend research to identify opportunities and differentiation.
• Serve as a trusted digital advisor to clients, presenting recommendations and navigating platforms and regulations.
• Collaborate with creative, paid media, analytics, UX, web and account teams to deliver cohesive programs.
• Mentor and develop junior strategists and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Identify opportunities to grow client engagements and advance Zeno's Digital Health & Wellness capabilities.
