Job summary

Enhanced is seeking an experienced consumer product leader to own and scale our digital experiences across Enhanced eing a leader for the consumer journey—from onboarding and payments to ongoing care and refills. You will set product strategy, manage a team of PMs, and drive collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics to deliver a seamless experience.

The role requires building and launching major website/app initiatives, with a focus on conversion, retention, and journey

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and scaling consumer websites/apps.
• Proven ability to lead product strategy and manage a team.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end consumer digital experience across Enhancedfs platforms, including onboarding, payments, care and refills.
• Develop and manage a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead the rebuild of the consumer website from requirements through launch.
• Manage and develop the product team, establishing clear ownership and rhythms.
• Partner with design, engineering, marketing, operations, and analytics to deliver a cohesive experience.
• Identify and remove friction across the patient journey to improve conversion and retention.
• Define and track key metrics such as funnel conversion and time to first dose.
