Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director for CFO Services - Digital Finance to drive digital finance transformation for PE-backed portfolios. You will lead analytics, forecasting models, and automation efforts, coordinating with senior client teams to deliver measurable improvements in cash, EBITDA, and financial transparency.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and an ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies for large public corporations or PE-owned

Qualifications

Experience in Digital Finance technologies, including RPA, Forecasting and analytics.
Proven record in finance process improvement and automation.
12+ years in Accounting/Finance, Diligence, Restructuring or PE work.
CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master’s Degree preferred but not required.
Strong financial modeling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Digital Finance transformation initiatives and implementations.
Develop actionable conclusions and plans to improve cash flow and EBITDA.
Guide client interviews, data gathering, and analysis framing.
Manage project components across multiple service lines and client teams.
