Qualifications

• Over 12 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, Diligence, Restructuring, or PE.
• Experience implementing Digital Finance technologies including RPA, Forecasting, analytics.
• Strong financial modeling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Finance transformation initiatives for PE portfolio companies.
• Assess finance and accounting functions; drive automation across processes.
• Develop actionable cash flow and EBITDA improvement plans.
• Guide client interviews and synthesize data to support recommendations.
• Manage project scope, timelines and cross‑functional teams.
