Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal, in its Private Equity Performance Improvement Services practice, seeks a CFO Services Director, Digital Finance to lead digital finance transformations across portfolio companies. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited 4-year college/university, in accounting/finance or related areas.
• Experience with digital finance technologies including RPA, predictive forecasting, analytics, NLG.
• 12+ years of experience in accounting/finance, due diligence, restructuring, or PE.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses to identify drivers and develop actionable conclusions.
• Guide client interviews, data gathering, and project scoping.
• Manage multiple workstreams and lead projects with senior stakeholders.
• Design cash-generating initiatives and EBITDA improvement plans.
