Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director for CFO Services in Digital Finance to drive transformation across PE portfolio companies. You will lead analytics, implement automation, and build forecasting models to improve cash flow and EBITDA.

The role requires deep experience in finance functions and a track record of delivering measurable improvements. Based in Miami, you will manage client relationships, develop actionable plans, and collaborate with senior management to achieve value creation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Finance technologies, including RPA, Predictive Forecasting, Finance Analytics, NLG, data visualization.
• Over 12 years of experience related to Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Complete proficiency in understanding financial models, data analytics, and presentation skills.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master’s Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Finance transformation projects for PE portfolio companies.
• Assess Finance and Accounting functions and implement Digital technologies to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Build predictive forecasting models and drive P&L and balance sheet accountability.
• Collaborate with senior management and guide project workstreams across multiple service lines.
