Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement is seeking a Director, CFO Services - Digital Finance. This role leads digital finance transformation for PE portfolio companies and builds scalable predictive forecasting and finance analytics capabilities to improve cash flow and EBITDA.

You will guide hypothesis development, manage multi-service-line workstreams, and mentor teams, applying experience in digital tools, automation, and financial modeling to deliver measurable value for

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in accounting, finance, or economics preferred but not required.
• Experience with Digital Finance technologies, including RPA, Predictive Forecasting, Finance Analytics, NLG, data visualization.
• 12+ years in Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Strong financial modeling, data analytics, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interviews and data collection to define analyses.
• Develop actionable conclusions and project plans across service lines.
• Manage project components and smaller workstreams independently.
• Identify and communicate risks and contingency plans with clients.
