Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director for CFO Services in Digital Finance to lead transformation initiatives for PE portfolio companies. You will drive finance function optimization, design predictive forecasting models, and implement RPA and analytics to improve transparency and EBITDA.

You will collaborate with senior management, build cross-functional teams, and oversee complex projects from concept to execution, ensuring the client’s financial outcomes align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Experience with Digital Finance technologies including RPA, Predictive Forecasting, Finance Analytics, NLG, data visualization.
• Complete proficiency in understanding financial models, data analytics, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide client interviews and develop data-driven analyses to support assumptions.
• Develop actionable conclusions and plans from analyses.
• Lead components of projects with multiple service lines; manage smaller projects independently.
