Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director for Digital Finance within its PEPI CFO Services to guide financial transformation initiatives. You will lead assessment and implementation of digital tools, build predictive forecasting models, and drive value creation across portfolio companies.

Ideal candidates bring over a dozen years in accounting/finance disciplines, strong modeling skills, and experience in large corporates or PE-owned firms, with a CPA/CFA/MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Digital Finance technologies including RPA, Predictive Forecasting, Finance Analytics, NLG and data visualization.
• Over 12 years of related experience in Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• CPA, CFA, MBA or Master’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Strong financial modeling and analytics skills.
• Experience implementing Digital tools for Finance in large public corporations or PE-owned portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead hypothesis and scope development with the client and drive information gathering.
• Define analyses to prove or disprove assumptions and ensure timely execution.
• Develop actionable conclusions and manage project components across service lines.
• Lead smaller projects independently and manage client relationships.
