Achieve is seeking a Director of Product Management for Digital Experiences in Chicago. The role leads acquisition and loan servicing product paths with a hands-on, player/coach style and a focus on AI-enabled engagement.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Risk, Legal and Marketing to deliver scalable, compliant products while growing a PM team. Requires 10+ years in product management, fintech domain depth, and a strong technical acumen.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven product management experience delivering consumer digital products.
• 3–5 years in a Product Leadership role with fintech exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.

Responsabilités

• Refine and execute the digital experience vision across acquisition and servicing.
• Lead multi-functional product squads with hands-on technical input when needed.
• Design integrated onboarding, origination and servicing journeys.
• Analyze funnels, optimize conversions, and drive engagement.
• Expand omnichannel engagement including AI tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Risk, Legal and Sales.
• Coach and develop a team of Product Managers.
