Job summary

Achieve is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead digital experiences across acquisition and loan servicing. This high-visibility role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical guidance, driving end-to-end product delivery for Lending products.

You will mentor a team of PMs, align with engineering, data, research and marketing, and partner across Risk, Legal and Compliance to deliver scalable, compliant experiences. Hybrid work in US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• FinTech & lending domain expertise including LOS & servicing platforms.
• Experience with cross-product cross-selling and digital onboarding.
• Strong technical depth to review APIs and guide engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Refine the strategic vision and roadmap for digital acquisition and servicing.
• Lead cross-functional product squads as Player/Coach.
• Design integrated onboarding, origination, decisioning, and servicing journeys.
• Optimize funnel, retention, and conversion metrics.
• Personalize consumer engagement across channels, including AI tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Risk, Legal, and Sales to deliver compliant products.
• Grow capability by coaching and developing a PM team.
