Job summary

Achieve is seeking a Director, Product Management to lead digital acquisition and servicing experiences across lending products in a hybrid work environment.

You will mentor PMs, collaborate with engineering, data, legal, and operations to deliver scalable, compliant products, and own the long-term vision.

Salary range is $220,000 to $250,000 with bonus and benefits; remote options available in certain markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven product management experience delivering consumer digital products.
• 3–5 years in a product leadership capacity with coaching responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Refine strategic vision for digital experiences across Achieve Lending products.
• Lead multi-functional PM squads as a hands-on technical product leader.
• Design integrated acquisition, origination, and servicing journeys.
• Optimize funnel, retention, and cross-sell/refinance opportunities.
• Expand omnichannel engagement and AI-driven personalization.
• Grow capability by coaching and developing team members.
