Qualifications

• Strong product management and digital platform leadership experience.
• Experience leading AI, automation, self-service, digital workplace, or comparable tech-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and modern employee experience platforms.
• Proven delivery of large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives across cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead epic, enterprise-wide digital employee experience initiatives.
• Develop and execute a forward-looking strategy for a seamless digital workplace.
• Establish experience principles, priorities, and roadmaps aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Advise HR and tech leaders on trends and investments shaping digital employee experience.
• Oversee the lifecycle of employee-facing products from discovery to launch and optimization.
