Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Sr. Manager of Collaboration & Digital Experience to lead collaboration, AI enablement, and end-user technology programs. You will manage the teams running Microsoft 365, Copilot, and device endpoints, while guiding adoption and governance across UC and mobility.

This leadership role requires travel and interaction with senior leaders. You will drive adoption of AI tools, coordinate with security and ITIL-aligned processes, and mentor 1–2 direct reports to deliver a modern

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with depth in collaboration platforms, digital experience, and AI/automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience leading 1–2 direct reports and guiding senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the collaboration strategy for Teams, SharePoint, and messaging.
• Lead migration to SharePoint and user adoption programs.
• Set the digital workplace direction from onboarding to daily tools.
• Track adoption data and feedback to drive improvements.
• Build and own AI/automation strategy for end users (Copilot).
• Roll out AI tools across the company with adoption plans.
• Define device strategy for laptops, mobile, and endpoints; BYOD policy.
• Oversee UC, telephony, mobility, and disaster recovery planning.
• Governance, security, retention, and compliance across systems.
• Directly manage 1–2 team members; manage vendors and SLAs.
