Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior technology program leader to drive a strategic roadmap for digital collaboration, productivity, automation, and AI platforms. You will partner with business leaders, legal teams, and IT to identify opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.

You will oversee governance, metrics, and enterprise programs around Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Teams, and SharePoint Online, ensuring reliability and scalable adoption across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years leading enterprise technology programs or digital workplace initiatives.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, or AI initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional transformation and vendor management skills.
• Certifications such as PMP/PgMP/ Agile are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide programs for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Establish governance frameworks, success metrics, reporting standards, and executive communications.
• Partner with business leaders and IT to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure platform reliability, security, and governance.
